What should we pay attention to when decorating fa

  • Detail

1、 Avoid damp materials

in spring and summer, the air humidity of home decoration is high. Some decoration materials that are easy to absorb moisture, such as wood and gypsum board, are not handled properly in the process of transportation or storage, so they are easy to be damp, and the boards that are damp will have mold spots. If the wooden keel and woodwork made of wood are gradually dried in the air, the moisture in the material is also easy to crack and deform after volatilization, which will also affect other materials. For example, for gypsum ceiling with wood keel, because the shrinkage coefficient of wood is larger than that of gypsum, the shaping of wood keel will directly lead to the cracking of gypsum ceiling, which is very easy to affect the decoration quality. In order to prevent the materials from getting damp, the decoration materials should be placed in a ventilated and dry place indoors, away from windows and water sources. If the ventilation environment is good at home and there is a place to place decoration materials, you can buy the damp prone materials to be used back as soon as possible, and pay attention to the stacking and storage of materials: semi-finished wood, wood floors or newly painted furniture, don't be impatient to put them in the sun, and pay attention to natural air drying in a ventilated and dry place, otherwise the decoration materials are not only easy to deform and crack, but also affect the construction quality. The decoration materials piled up in the warehouse are generally damp. After buying them and placing them at home for ventilation and drying, the quality of decoration materials can be guaranteed to the greatest extent

II. Paint

the oil work is difficult: it is hot and humid in rainy days, and it dries slowly after painting, and a layer of fog will be produced after the paint absorbs moisture in the air. Therefore, it is required that doors and windows should not be opened in rainy days, and an electric heater should be added to improve the indoor dryness. In addition, construction cannot be carried out in fog. For summer construction, the interface agent shall be applied before puttying to prevent alkaline substances from entering the emulsion paint

the weather is humid in spring and summer, and the decoration will also encounter the problem of moldy and rancid latex paint in hot and humid weather because of its slow drying. In the project, the drying treatment of the base putty should be done well, and the paint can be applied only after the wall is puttying for three to four times. After each puttying, the drying time should be extended as much as possible, and ventilation should be done to reduce indoor moisture as much as possible. If the putty is not completely dry, repeatedly apply putty or paint, and lock too much water in it, the wall will sweat and even crack in a large area

III. tiling

before paving floor tiles and wall tiles, the finish bottom layer cannot be too dry. Generally, before treatment, water should be poured first to allow it to absorb for about half an hour, and then cement mortar should be used to ensure firm bonding. As the materials are drier than usual, for floor tiles, ceramic tiles and other materials that need to be soaked in water, the soaking time should be extended to make them fully close to the saturated state. In this way, there will be no hollowing and falling off when bonding with cement due to insufficient water absorption of ceramic tiles
