Five highlights of beverage machinery (middle)

highlight 2: tea drinks drive the development of hot filled PET bottles

Pet (polyester) drink bottles have only been developed in China for more than 10 years, while the history of hot filled pet drink bottles in China is shorter, only about 4 years, but the momentum of development is fierce, surpassing most other packaging containers. This rapid momentum is mainly due to the rapid development of tea drinks. As we all know, tea drinks and fruit juice drinks are the hot spots of beverage development. In China, the output of tea drinks in 2000 has exceeded 1.5 million tons, and most of the packaging containers are filled and bottled with pet, and the proportion has a growing trend

Lu Huancheng, deputy general manager of Zhuhai Zhongfu industrial group, said that the production principle of pet hot filling and bottling is: PET beverage bottles (one is to use injection molding to form bottle blanks only under nearly the same conditions) - after heating, the bottle blanks are longitudinally stretched, horizontally stretched and blow molded. The final molding in this production process adopts mechanical cold setting, so generally, once the temperature of PET bottle reaches the pet glass transition temperature (78 ℃), its molecular chain will relax and the bottle will shrink seriously, so this kind of bottle is only suitable for cold filling drinks

President Lu believes that during the stretching and shaping process of the above process, the hot filling bottle is always at a high temperature (about 140 ℃), and the PET molecular chain is shaped at a high temperature in a loose state. Finally, a large number of neat and dense crystals are produced in the bottle body, with a crystallinity of 30%-45%, which makes the bottle have high heat resistance and become a practical hot filling bottle

the one-time blowing method needs to obtain some characteristics that can represent its content - keywords from the page source file. That is, during the process of bottle from preform to molding, only one blow molding process is carried out, and the method covers an area of 298 hectares to heat the mold to degrees Celsius. When the preform is stretched and blown to the shape of the bottle mold, the heat setting crystallization process will last for several seconds to more than 10 seconds. The characteristics of this method are: the equipment is relatively simple, the cost is low, and after replacing parts, ordinary PET bottles can be produced; Small floor area; Since the bottle will be heated directly on the mold, the heat energy consumption is small. The disadvantage is that the heating treatment temperature is lower than the secondary blowing method, the crystallization degree is slightly lower, and the heat resistance is also slightly poor. The heat resistance temperature is 85 ℃ -90 ℃; Bottles must be heated and cooled, which increases the time of production cycle. At present, the production equipment of one-time blowing mode in China is mainly the equipment of France Sidel company and Italy SIPA company

secondary blowing mode. The secondary blowing method is to blow the bottle blank to a larger volume (about twice the bottle capacity), then heat it to about 200 ℃, and then let it shrink, and blow it again to the final bottle shape. The characteristics of the secondary blowing are: the advantage is that due to the high temperature of heating treatment, the crystallization rate is correspondingly improved, and the heat resistance can reach 90 ℃ -95 ℃; Since the heating process can be carried out independently, higher production efficiency can be achieved. The disadvantage is that the machine is huge and complex, and the price is high; It covers a large area; High energy consumption. At present, the secondary blowing equipment is mainly provided by Japan's Nissin ASB Machinery Co., Ltd. Lu pointed out that in the past, for fruit and vegetable drinks and tea drinks, in order to achieve a longer storage time, first, add an appropriate amount of preservatives, but in the era of advocating green food, it is obviously becoming more and more inappropriate; The second is to use glass and metal containers to contain these drinks, and then use high-temperature cooking process to sterilize, so as to extend the storage period. However, due to the bottle shape design, safety, transportation and other problems of glass containers, the shape design, opacity and other problems of metal containers, the promotion of them, including the small load material testing machine and micro force testing machine applicable to the original jjg159 ⑵ 008, has been greatly limited. The emergence of pet hot filling and corresponding hot filling technology has solved these problems. Therefore, pet hot filling and bottling has been rapidly promoted and applied

highlight 3: the revolution of aseptic filling: immediate filling

filling tea, fruit juice, sweet wine, dairy products, sauces, vegetables, condiments and other products sensitive to microorganisms is a challenge to the traditional bottling technology, because the possible microorganisms will lead to the breeding of bacteria and bacteria, resulting in the destruction of product color and taste. The traditional method to solve this problem is to use hot filling, but hot filling technology has many shortcomings, such as high container cost, loss of flavor caused by long-term exposure to high temperature, and high energy consumption

in recent years, cold aseptic filling is considered as a feasible alternative to hot filling. This method uses standard light bottles, not heavy thermoformed containers. Unlike hot filling, it does not need to use hot filling materials to ensure the hygiene of containers; It is ensured by controlling the sanitary conditions of the filling environment. However, although these aseptic measures can maintain the nutrition of beverages or foods, they still need to sterilize the container itself, so they still need high investment and operating costs. Typical aseptic filling lines need bottle washing, connecting channels, sterile water washing machines, sterile water generators, and equipment to remove cleaning agents and sterilizers. At the same time, they need a clean room with high costs to include these equipment, which will bring inconvenience to operators

at present, the most innovative PET bottle filling technology is to directly combine the resin integrated bottle manufacturing system of SIPA company in Italy with the sterile filling and capping system. Jia Ziyou, China marketing and sales manager of the company's Beijing Representative Office, said that this integrated equipment (referred to as ASIS) has been successfully developed by SIPA and procomac. Del Monte factory in Italy is the first batch of factories to install this equipment. The integrated concept of asis aseptic filling is based on the direct connection of specially designed SIPA ECS integrated bottle manufacturing system and promomac aseptic filling equipment. Simplicity is the main feature of this concept, PET bottles produced on the CS integrated equipment are immediately sent to the sterile filling equipment in the control room. The work of asis system is divided into three basic steps:

first, produce containers on precision integrated equipment and directly use resin particles

II. Send the blown containers to the filling equipment in a sterile environment

III. aseptic filling. (to be continued)
